Our Policy on Donations

All donations made to our foundation are considered final and are not refundable. We strongly encourage all our donors to think carefully about their decision and the amount they wish to contribute before completing the transaction.

What If a Donation Was Not Authorized?

We understand that sometimes unauthorized transactions can occur. If you notice a charge from our foundation that you did not personally authorize, please contact us immediately.

We take all claims of fraudulent or unauthorized activity very seriously and are committed to investigating and resolving these issues promptly.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, please reach out to us within 10 business days of the donation date by emailing support@savethem.in.

Please include the following information:

• Your full name
• The date and amount of the donation in question
• A brief explanation of why you believe the transaction was unauthorized

Processing and Resolution

Once we receive your email, our team will carefully review the details you provide. If the transaction is confirmed as fraudulent or unauthorized, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
