Job Overview
SaveThem India Foundation is looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide fundraising and outreach teams. The role involves team supervision, target achievement, training, and ensuring smooth execution of on-ground and tele-fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of fundraisers / tele callers
- Assign daily targets and monitor individual and team performance
- Train new team members on communication, fundraising ethics, and processes
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and quality interactions
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for campaign execution
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Support team members in achieving targets and resolving challenges
- Ensure compliance with NGO policies and fundraising standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, call center, or team handling
- Prior NGO or field fundraising experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Willingness to work in field or target-driven environments
